A delightful journey to one of Jordan’s most popular attractions: Ma’in hot springs or “Hammamat Ma’in”. These incredible natural spas will make you young again with their minerals and skin-softening perks of their salts, which make them the perfect destination for relaxation lovers. Besides exploring all of these wonders in Evason Ma’in & Six Senses Spa, our journey can’t be terminated without experiencing the serene ambiance of the dead sea. This saltiest body of all water on Earth, and the lowest, contains a great concentration of mineral salts so that you can swim (float) at ease, and heal at the same time. And don’t forget to get muddy! It was proven that dead sea mud has lots of health-related advantages. After spending the day in this lovely oasis, it would be time to head back to the hotel.

You will meet our driver at the hotel lobby between 7 a.m. – 9 a.m (your exact timing will be provided by the support team, one day before the tour) after the entail greetings, you start your journey toward Ma’in about 45min drive.
Drive towards Hammamat Ma’in for a special treat and relaxation time you owe yourself to enjoy the waterfalls and the exceptional scenery. Ma’in is located 264 m below sea level in one of the most spectacular desert oases in the world and known for its thermal waters that temperature from 40° to 60° C (104-140° F) and their healing qualities. Ma’in pools are considered the most attractive site with its breath-taking high mountains that is dark in color due to the geothermal effects; it is also known for the hundreds of impressive dolmens (prehistoric chamber tombs) scattered across several hillsides.
We continue our journey by descending quickly towards the lowest point on earth (423 metres below sea level).
Dead Sea: words can hardly describe this magnificent place, being one of the world’s first health resorts for kings like Herod the Great and many others.
Today all you have to do is relax and float on your back, read your favourite magazine and take a selfie for your facebook profile.
Things to consider:
When sun baking at the Dead Sea, it is popular for guests to cover themselves with mud and forget to use any sun protection. The sun’s harmful UV rays are filtered due to the high atmospheric pressure in the area, therefore we’d like all our guests to be careful so that they can enjoy their entire experience.
after a full day exploring dead sea & Ma’in, time to return back to Amman, the drive once again will be around 1:00hr.
